Nutritional values

Due to the antioxidants in raspberries blood vessels are strengthened, blood circulation is promoted and the entire body is better supplied with nutrients. Regularly use whole grain products such as brown rice because they contain a lot of vital substances. The fiber they contain also stimulates digestion and keeps you full for a long time.

You can use the rice pudding with almond milk as a basic recipe and vary it: Instead of almond milk, it can be prepared just as well with oat, soy, or rice drink. You can replace the raspberries with other fruits of your choice. Chocolate can be replaced with nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes, for example. If the rice pudding with almond milk is sweet enough without rice syrup, you can simply omit it and thus save some sugar. Alternatives such as maple syrup or honey are also suitable.
