Once you've mastered the process used to make this almond milk, you can use it to create other nut milks. Cashew and pistachio milks are particularly delicious!

Preparation steps
Cover almonds with water and soak for about 8 hours.
Put almonds with 34 ounces of hot water into a high-performance blender and chop until a whitish liquid is obtained.
Line a sieve with the nut milk sachet, or a double thick cheesecloth, and pass the pureed almond liquid through it. Drain the almond paste well and squeeze out well.
Pour almond milk into a sealable bottle and chill.
