- 1 ⅛ cups Amaranth
- ⅔ cup Strawberries (halved)
- 1 cup Raspberries
- ⅔ cup Red currant
- ⅔ cup Blueberries
- 4 cups low-fat Yogurt
- 2 Tbsps Sunflower seed

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Skillet mit Deckel, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Put the amaranth grains in a pan with 500 ml | 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
2.
Boil for 20 minutes then remove from the heat and cover. Let sit for 15 minutes then fluff up the grains with a fork.
3.
Stir the amaranth through the yoghurt, reserving some to garnish.
4.
Put the yoghurt into 4 bowls and scatter over the berries, sunflower seeds and remaining amaranth.
