2 liters dry white wine
275 grams sugar
1 Vanilla bean
1 organic Orange
2 organic lemons
2 Apple
250 grams Elderflower

Preparation steps

1.

Combine wine with sugar and slit vanilla pod in a small pot and simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat. 

2.

Rinse lemons and orange in hot water, peel zest and squeeze juice. Rinse and halve apples, core and cut half of apples into large cubes. Clean elderflower and add with apples, citrus juice and zest to wine mixture. Let stand overnight.

3.

Strain through a fine sieve and serve chilled.
