- 2 sour Apple (such as Boskop)
- 100 grams Crème fraiche
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Cook in hot butter in a roasting dish or a roasting pan on all sides until golden brown. Remove. Peel the shallot and briefly sauté in the pan. Deglaze with the cider. Peel the apples, quarter and cut into narrow wedges. Add to chicken and cook for about 25 minutes in the oven.
