Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 100°C (approximately 200°F). Peel pineapple and cut into very thin slices. Rinse apple and also cut into very thin slices.

Mix apple slices in a bowl with lemon juice. Place pineapple slices and apple sliceson a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven with the oven door slightly open for 2-3 hours until dried. Let cool and serve or store for future use.
