75 milliliters Coconut milk
3 Tbsps lemon juice
75 grams Dark chocolate
75 grams cold butter
100 grams Pastry flour
25 grams Coconut flakes
1 generous pinch cinnamon
75 grams sugar

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF).

For the filling, rinse the apples, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut into slices. Remove the stalk of the pineapple cut into fruit cubes. Place in a bowl with the apple and mix with the honey, coconut milk and lemon juice.

Spoon into an ovenproof, greased baking dish. Shower with chopped chocolate.

For the crumble, combine the butter cubes with the flour, coconut flakes, cinnamon and sugar and rub everything together with your hands to form a crumble.

Spread evenly over the fruit and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot.
