Preparation steps

1.

Squeeze juice from half of a lemon.

2.

Peel apples, quarter and core, cut into small cubes.

3.

Rinse blueberries and mix with apples, add lemon juice and honey.

4.

Place berry mixture in 4 ovenproof ramekins. Sprinkle with almonds and coconut and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
