Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C convection (approximately 350°F).

Peel, quarter and core apples and pears. Cut into wedges. Place apples, pears and dried apricots in a baking dish and toss with lemon juice, liqueur and honey to taste. Mix together almonds, coconut and sugar and sprinkle over fruit. Drizzle with melted butter and bake until golden-brown, about 25 minutes.
