Preparation

Kitchen utensils

1 Whisk, 1 Bowl, 1 Rolling pin, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Apple corer, 1 Knife

Preparation steps

1.

Peel, quarter and core the apples and cut them into finer slices. Rinse lemon hot, grate dry, grate the peel and squeeze the juice. Mix apple slices with 2 tbsp. lemon juice. Mix the Greek yogurt, egg, oil, milk, and vanilla with a whisk. Then add 10 ounces flour, baking powder, 5 tablespoons coconut blossom sugar, and salt. Knead the dough only briefly. Roll out the dough and spread it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

2.

Arrange the apple slices in rows on the dough and sprinkle cranberries over them. Then knead remaining flour with cold butter in pieces, remaining coconut blossom sugar and 1 pinch of salt to form crumbles. Spread over the apple pie and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. If you like, sprinkle with roasted almond flakes after baking.
