Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apples, quarter and cut out the core. Cut one apple into thin slices. Juice the remaining apples and mix them with the lemon juice.

Sweeten to taste with honey and pour into 4 popsicle molds. Add apple slices and freeze for about 1 hour. Stick a wooden popsicle stick into each and then freeze for another 3 hours. Release from the molds and serve.
