100 grams ground almonds
100 grams brown sugar
100 grams Pastry flour
50 grams Oats
50 grams slivered almonds
125 grams butter

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approimately 350°F). Rinse and halve the apples, remove seeds and core and cut into small pieces. Rinse, trim and thinly slice the rhubarb. Toss together the apples and rhubarb and pour into 4 buttered ramekins. Zest the lemon, squeeze out the juice and mix both with the honey.

Sprinkle honey-lemon mixture over the apples and the rhubarb and mix everything well. Mix the almonds with the sugar, flour, oatmeal, butter and cinnamon to form crumbles and sprinkle over the apple-rhubarb mixture. Bake about 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly. Serve warm.
