300 grams powdered sugar

5 eggs
300 grams Whole wheat flour
1 kilogram Apricot

Preparation steps

1.

Separate eggs. Mix butter with powdered sugar and egg yolks until fluffy. Fold in flour, baking powder and egg whites.

2.

Grease a baking sheet with butter. Spread dough onto baking sheet.

Place pitted and quartered apricots on top.

4.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 25-30 minutes.

5.

Remove and cool. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
