- 600 grams Apricot
- 2 onions
- 100 grams dried Apricot
- 1 chili pepper
- 6 Tbsps Vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 100 grams brown sugar
Preparation steps

Rinse the chili and halve lengthwise. Remove the seeds and finely chop.

Peel, halve and julienne the onions.

Coarsely chop the dried apricots.

Blanch the apricots in boiling water. Rinse under cold water and peel. Halve the apricots, remove the stones, and finely dice. Add the apricots, dried apricots, onions, and chili to a pot. Mix in the vinegar, mustard powder, and sugar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the heat, and fill the prepared jars to the brim with the chutney. Cool the jars completely. The chutney will be good for 3-4 weeks.
