- 6 Tbsps Orange juice (plus more as needed)
- 40 Wafer ((about 1.5)

1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Mini food processor (optional)
Preparation steps
1.
Finely chop dried apricots and cashews with a large knife or in a mini processor.
2.
Mix in oats and orange juice to form a paste, adding more juice as needed.
3.
Shape with hands into walnut-sized balls and flatten slightly between two wafer cookies. UFOs can be refrigerated about 3-4 days in a tightly sealed container.
