- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation steps

Peel the garlic. Mix the artichoke hearts with olive oil, lemon juice, and squeezed garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
