- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 shallots (finely sliced)
- 6 Plum tomato (halved lengthways)
- sliced Baguette (toasted)
- 1 clove garlic cloves
- 1 handful Arugula

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot mit Deckel
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a small pan and cook the shallots until lightly browned.
2.
Add the tomatoes and cook gently for 3 minutes.
3.
Rub the garlic clove over the toasted bread, top with the rocket, shallots and tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
