- 100 grams Glass noodles
- 4 Nile perch (à 140 grams)
- 800 grams Swiss chard
- 2 Bell pepper (Red and yellow)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 Tbsps sesame oil
- bright soy sauce
- salt
Preparation steps

Prepare the glass noodles according to package directions. Drain and with scissors, cut into short lengths. Rinse the perch, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse the chard and cut into strips. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Peel the onion and garlic.

Cut the onion into strips and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the onion, garlic and ginger for a couple of minutes. Add the fish and peppers and cook until the fish is almost cooked through, 2-3 minutes. Add the chard and cook until the fish is just cooked through and the vegetables are crisp-tender, 2-3 minutes. Add the noodles and cook until heated through. Season and serve with soy sauce and salt.
