- 3 Tbsps coconut chips
- 1 ½ ozs Shelled pistachio (3 TBSP.)
- 2 ripe Avocados
- 1 ripe Banana
- 4 Tbsps dark cocoa powder
- ½ oz cacao nib (1 TBSP.)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Preparation steps
Toast coconut chips and pistachio nuts in a hot pan without fat for 3 minutes over medium heat. Then set aside and allow to cool.
Cut avocados in half, remove seeds, lift flesh from skin and roughly dice. Peel banana and cut into small pieces. Finely puree avocado cubes with banana pieces, cocoa powder, cocoa nibs and cinnamon using a hand blender.
Pour avocado chocolate cream into bowls, sprinkle with pistachios and coconut chips and refrigerate for about 2 hours until serving.
