- 1 oz Shelled pistachio
- 2 ozs fresh Blackberry
- 2 mint
- 14 ozs Blackberry (frozen)
- 14 ozs Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 3 Tbsps finely ground Birch sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ ozs Blackberry juice
Preparation steps
1.
Chop pistachios lengthwise. Wash blackberries and drain well. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves.

Finely puree frozen blackberries, yogurt, birch sugar, lemon juice and blackberry juice in a blender.
3.
Divide ice cream into bowls, sprinkle with pistachios and serve garnished with fresh blackberries and mint leaves.
