Nutritional values
Blackberries provide us with a lot of iron and folic acid, which make us fit and efficient and give us a fresh complexion. Yogurt scores with lots of protein and bone-strengthening calcium.
If you can't get blackberry juice, you can substitute it with other dark fruit juice, like grape, cherry or currant juice.
