- 2 large, ripe Avocados
- 1 cup plain Yogurt
- Lime juice (from 2 limes)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut eight small chunks from the avocados and set aside for the garnish.
2.
Peel the remaining avocados, remove the stones and roughly chop the flesh.
3.
Place the flesh in a blender with the yoghurt and the lime juice. Blend until smooth then pour into four glasses.
4.
Garnish with the reserved chunks of avocado and serve immediately.
