- 500 milliliters Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 ripe Mango
- 1 tsp ground Cardamom
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Ice cubes
Preparation steps

Peel the mango and cut the pulp from the stone.

Puree the yogurt, 200 ml (approximately 7 ounces) of water, the mango, lemon juice, cardamom, honey, and ice in a blender.

Pour into glasses and serve.
