- 1 ripe Papaya (peeled, halved, deseeded and chopped – 2 small segments reserved)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 pinch Vanilla bean
- ⅞ cup plain Yogurt
- ⅜ cup milk
- Garnish
- reserved Papaya (segments)
Preparation steps
1.
Blend the papaya, lemon juice, honey, vanilla seeds, yogurt and milk to a creamy consistency in a blender.
2.
Pour into glasses and serve garnished with papaya segments.
