- 4 Strawberries (hulled)
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup plain Yogurt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 mint (plus additional for garnish)
- Lime wedge
- sugar
Preparation steps
1.
Combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and mint leaves in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2.
Run a wedge of lime around the rim of a serving glass. Dip edges of glass into into green sugar.
3.
Pour strawberry Lassi into sugar rimmed glass. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
