Preparation steps

Peel the kiwi fruits and cucumbers. Remove the cucumber seeds and put the cucumber flesh into a liquidiser with the kiwi fruits. Puree finely. Wash the dill, break into smaller pieces and add to the pureed kiwi fruit and cucumber along with the cultured milk and rolled oats. Liquidise to a homogenous mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mineral water and liquidise briefly. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with dill.
