Preparation steps

1.

Halve the avocados and remove the seeds. Scoop out the pulp with a spoon, then puree with the lemon juice.

Gradually incorporate the milk, and mix thoroughly. Sweeten to taste with the sugar. Pour into chilled glasses filled with ice cubes.
