freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
¼ cup microgreen (rough chopped)

Preparation steps

Halve the avocados; scoop the flesh into a bowl, along with the lime juice, then mash roughly, using a fork, and season with salt. Spread thickly onto each piece of toast; season with pepper and sprinkle with micro greens. Serve immediately.
