- 4 Tomatoes (diced)
- lemon juice
- 8 white Bread
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (halved)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 8 Anchovy
Preparation steps
1.
Place the tomatoes in a bowl and season with salt, lemon juice and ground black pepper.

Grill (or toast) the bread until golden brown and then rub with the cut side of the garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, top with the tomatoes and the anchovies and serve.
