Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread tablespoonfuls of sugar in 12 small piles on the prepared baking sheet. Finely mince the bacon and plums. Sprinkle over the sugar piles and broil for 2-3 minutes, until the sugar is melted but not caramelized. Remove from the oven, remove the paper from the baking sheet, press lolly pop sticks into the centers and let cool.
