8 tsps olive oil
4 Tbsps black pitted Olives

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse salad and spin dry. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices.

Peel onion and finely chop. Cut cheese into cubes. Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and dice.

3.

Cut olives into slices.

4.

Halve bagels and sprinkle the bottom halves with 2 teaspoons olive oil. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, tomato, bell pepper, feta cheese, onions and 1 tablespoon olive slices. Season with salt and pepper and top with upper bagel halves.
