- 250 grams Smoked salmon
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp jarred Horseradish
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Bagel
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- chopped Dill (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Coarsely chop the salmon into small pieces. Mix with the cream cheese, creme fraiche and horseradish, then purée with an immersion blender. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Cut the bagels in half and spread with salmon cream. Place a bagel half on top of each half and serve sprinkled with dill.
