Preparation steps

1.

Mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and lemon zest. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Rinse the dill and pat dry. Mix the shallots and dill into the cream cheese, then season to taste with salt and pepper. 

2.

Cut the begals in half. Spread the cream cheese on the bagel halves, top with the smoked salmon, garnish with the dill, and serve.
