4 medium-sized tart Apple

200 grams French Brie (such as Valbrie)
3 eggs
3 Tbsps Whipped cream
3 Tbsps milk
salt

Nutmeg
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsps white wine
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

1.

Slice off tops of apples, then remove cores and scoop out some of the flesh. Sprinkle with insides of apples with lemon juice. Dice flesh and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Finely chop cheese and mix with diced apple. Stuff apples with mixture.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Mix eggs with cream and milk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Slowly pour mixture onto apples. Stir sugar with wine until dissolved and brush onto apples. Place apples in a buttered baking dish and bake about 15 minutes.
