800 grams Cod
2 Tbsps lemon juice

2 Tbsps Dill (finely chopped)
1 onion
3 Tbsps butter
200 grams Whipped cream
4 Tbsps breadcrumbs
3 Tbsps Parmesan (freshly grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Season fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

2.

Peel onion and chop finely. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and saute onion until translucent. Add cream and simmer a little, add dill and season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.

Butter baking dish and arrange fish in it. Pour cream sauce over. Mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan and sprinkle evenly over fish. Sprinkle with butter flakes.  

4.

Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20 minutes. If desired, serve with rice and cucumber salad.
