- 60 grams Cantal cheese
- butter (for the baking dish)
- 6 large eggs
- Sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Finely grate cheese. Coat a baking dish with butter.

Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until very stiff and season with pepper. Spread egg whites in the baking dish and smooth top.
4.
With the back of a spoon, make six wells in the egg whites. Slip an egg yolk into each of the wells. Drizzle egg yolks with cream and sprinkle the entire surface with grated cheese. Bake on the middle rack until golden-brown, 10-15 minutes.
