Preparation steps

1.

Cut the ham into thin strips. Heat the butter and fry the ham while stirring. Transfer to a baking dish. Break the eggs open over the ham and cook under the broiler until cooked.

Shower with cheese and continue to broil until the cheese has melted. Cut the chives into rolls and shower over the top. Serve seasoned with salt and pepper.
