1 egg (separated)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and brush four ramekins with some butter.
2.
Place the milk, sugar and vanilla seed into a pot and bring to the boil. Add the rice and cook on a medium heat stirring occasionally for around 20-25 minutes.
3.
Beat the egg white until stiff and carefully fold it into the rice mixture along with the grapes.
4.
Pour into the ramekins, brush with the egg yolk and bakes for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
