Preparation steps

1.

Peel grapefruit carefully with a sharp knife, taking care to remove all white skins. Cut a conical hole into grapefruit.

Fill hole with raisins and spices and drizzle with honey. Place grapefruits in a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15 minutes. Serve while hot.
