1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Blanch 2 peaches, rinse with cold water, peel, halve and pit. Cut into small pieces. Rinse, dry, halve and pit remaining peaches. Arrange halved peaches in buttered casserole dish. Rinse and dry strawberries, remove stems and quarter. Puree with powdered sugar.

Combine strawberry puree with peach cubes. Stuff halved peaches with strawberry mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 180° C (approximately 350°F) for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Serve warm.
