Nutritional values

Peaches contain the mineral phosphorous, which helps strengthen bones and teeth and aids in the prevention of some bone diseases. Combined with calcium and vitamin C, peaches can have an important role in keeping your teeth and jawbones healthy!

If you don't have a cinnamon stick, you can always sprinkle some cinnamon powder on the peaches instead!
