Baked Potatoes with Gouda Cheese

Nutritional values
Potatoes are one of the staple foods and rightly so. They have long-chain carbohydrates that saturate us. Who would have thought that potatoes contain as much vitamin C as an apple? Gouda scores with a good portion of calcium. We need this mineral for firm cooking and teeth. In addition, the cheese is rich in protein. With 26 grams of protein per 100 grams of cheese, it is a real booster for muscle growth for fitness fans.
Bacon scores especially with its taste, healthwise it is rather not recommended due to its saturated fats. A healthier alternative is to cut chickpeas in half instead, roast them in a pan without fat and season them with salt and pepper. You can eat the baked potatoes as the main component of a meal together with a salad or as a side dish for barbecuing.
