4 Russet potatoes
2 Tbsps butter
3 ozs Camembert
1 Tbsp scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and bake for about 30 minutes. Then cut open and scoop out some potato (leave up to about 1/4" rim to the skin).

2.

Mash the interior of the potatoes with the butter and camembert with a fork. Add the chives and season with salt and pepper. Refill the potatoes and wrap with aluminum foil. Grill for about 15 minutes until cooked and serve.
