1 Sea bream (Ready to cook)
½ bunch thyme
100 grams button Mushroom
1 Red onion
2 garlic cloves
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps olive oil
How healthy are the main ingredients?

Preparation steps

1.

Clean and slice mushrooms. Peel onion and cut into strips. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Combine everything with thyme. 

2.

Rinse and pat dry fish, season inside with salt and pepper. Stuff with about half of mushroom mixture and tie with kitchen string. Spread remaining mushrooms in a baking dish and top with fish. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Bake in preheated oven at 100°C (approximately 200°F) for about 50 minutes, turning fish over halfway through baking. Season with  salt and pepper. Take out of the oven and remove kitchen string. Arrange on a platter and serve.
