Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Rinse and halve tomatoes. Cut peeled onion into slices. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press into olive oil in a bowl. Cut cheese into slices. Rinse parsley, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop coarsely. Place tomatoes in an ovenproof dish and top with cheese. Spread with onion and drizzle with garlic oil.
