Preparation steps

1.

Slice goat cheese into quarters. Stir the first quarter of goat cheese together with lemon zest and season with freshly ground white pepper. Roll into small balls about 2-3 cm (approximately 1 inch) in diameter and roll in almonds. Roll the second quarter of goat cheese into balls and roll in curry powder.

2.

Roll the third quarter of goat cheese into balls and roll in paprika. Stir remaining goat cheese with half of herbs de provence, roll mixture into small balls and roll in remaining herbs.
