2 Tbsps scallions
2 Tbsps Cumin
2 Tbsps chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps

1.

Place the cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork, season with a little salt and pepper, and using a teaspoon, scoop into small balls.

2.

Place the cheese balls between your palms and form into perfect round balls.  Then roll in sesame seeds, chives, cumin or pistachios until completely covered. Serve on wooden skewers or toothpicks.
