3 Banana leaf

Preparation steps

1.
Cook both types of rice in approx. 600 ml salt water for around 20 minutes. Stir in the plantains.
2.
Cut the banana leaves into rectangles approx. 12 x 15 cm and fill with the rice-plantain mixture. Wrap them up to form 8-12 packages. Tie with kitchen twine and steam for 10-15 minutes. If desired serve with coconut sauce.
