- For the smoothie
- 2 Banana
- 2 ripe Mangoes
- 300 grams Pineapple (peeled)
- 200 milliliters Buttermilk
- For serving
- 2 handfuls Ice cubes
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the bananas and mangoes. Cut the mango pulp from the core.

Dice the bananas, pineapple and mangoes. Puree the fruit with the buttermilk and ice cubes in the blender.
3.
Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
