50 grams Sago
4 Banana
400 milliliters Coconut milk (sweetened, canned)
3 Tbsps sugar
2 Tbsps roasted, chopped Peanuts (unsalted)

Preparation steps

Place sago in a bowl, fill with hot water to cover and let soak about 10 minutes. Peel banana and cut diagonally into 2 cm thick (approximately 3/4-inch thick) slices. Drain sago in a colander.

In a saucepan, bring coconut milk, 400 ml (approximately 1 2/3 cup) water and sugar to a boil. Add banana slices and reduce heat to low. Add sago and cook, stirring, until sago pearls are transparent. Season pudding to taste and divide among dessert bowls. Serve sprinkled with peanuts.
